She has been actively handling matters in pre litigation, litigation, advisory for Start Ups, MNC’s, large scale industry for their corporate matters as well as Intellectual Property Matters. She has been diligently handling the corporate drafting foragreements, license agreements, assignment deeds, technology transfer agreements.
