If you are looking for a quick and easy stuffed bell pepper recipe, you have found a good one. This Stuffed bell pepper recipe uses ready to use products that most homes already have. It only takes a few minutes to prepare the stuffed peppers and at the end of the day they are also cost effective as well.
The recipe below uses enough stuffing for 6-8 Stuffed bell peppers. We only did 4 because the kids love the stuffing as a stand alone meal, so those leftovers will be devoured over the next few days. You will only need a handful of Ingredients and most you have in your pantry. Any BBQ rub can be used but we use The Butchers Cut , Butchers blend on this cook.
