सिर्फ़ दो चम्मच तेल में पालक गोश्त की रेसिपी / mutton saag wala step by step

Palak Gosht Recipe

Ingredients:

• Mutton: 500 grams
• Spinach (Palak): 1 bunch
• Onions: 2, finely chopped
• Garlic: 6-8 cloves
• Ginger: 1-inch piece
• Black pepper (Kaali mirch): 1 tsp
• Cumin seeds (Jeera): 1 tsp
• Tomatoes: 2, pureed
• Green chilies: 2, chopped
• Red chili powder: 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder (Haldi): 1/2 tsp
• Coriander powder (Dhania powder): 2 tsp
• Salt: to taste
• Oil: 4-5 tbsp

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Masala Paste:
• In a blender, add garlic, onion ,ginger, black pepper, and cumin seeds. Blend them into a fine paste.
2. Cook the Onions:
• Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
3. Add the Masala Paste:
• Add the prepared masala paste to the onions. Sauté for a few minutes until the raw smell of garlic and ginger goes away.
4. Add Tomatoes and Green Chilies:
• Add the tomato puree to the cooker. Cook until the oil starts to separate from the masala.
5. Add the Spices:
• Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Add the Mutton:
• Add the mutton pieces to the cooker. Mix well to coat the mutton with the masala. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the mutton changes color.
7. Pressure Cook the Mutton:
• Add enough water to the cooker (about 1-2 cups). Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for 3-4 whistles on medium heat. Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
8. Prepare the Spinach:
• While the mutton is cooking, wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and let it cool. Once cooled, blend the spinach into a smooth paste.

9. Combine Spinach and Mutton:
• Open the pressure cooker once the pressure has released. Add the spinach paste to the cooked mutton. Mix well and let it simmer for another 5-10 minutes on low heat.
10. Adjust Seasoning:
• Taste and adjust the salt and spices if needed.
11. Serve:
• Your Palak Gosht is ready to be served! Enjoy it hot with roti, naan, or rice.

This recipe combines the rich flavors of mutton with the nutritional benefits of spinach, making it a wholesome and delicious dish.
