بعد أن نشرت فيديو عن متاجر التخفيض التركية BIM والمصرية KAZYON، حدث شيء غير متوقع. العديد من موظفي هذه المتاجر تواصلوا معي، متشوقين لمشاركة قصصهم وتسليط الضوء على ظروف العمل التي يتحملونها يوميًا.
هؤلاء الأفراد الشجعان كشفوا أنه خلف الأسعار الجذابة والأروقة المزدحمة، هناك عالم من الموظفين الذين يعانون من زيادة العمل وانخفاض الأجور. تحدثوا عن توقعات تفوق قدرتهم على التعامل مع كل شيء في المتاجر بعدد قليل من الموظفين، وغالبًا ما يعملون لساعات طويلة دون تعويض كافٍ. كانت القصص مفجعة، حيث وصف هؤلاء العمال دورة لا تنتهي من التوتر والإرهاق.

After I released my video about the Turkish hard discounter BIM and the Egyptian hard discounter KAZYON, something unexpected happened. Many employees from these stores reached out to me, eager to share their stories and shed light on the working conditions they endure daily.
These brave individuals revealed that behind the appealing prices and bustling aisles, there is a world of overworked and underpaid employees. They spoke of being expected to handle everything in the stores with minimal staff, often working long hours without adequate compensation. The stories were heartbreaking, as these workers described a relentless cycle of stress and exhaustion.
Après avoir publié ma vidéo sur le discounter turc BIM et le discounter égyptien KAZYON, quelque chose d'inattendu s'est produit. De nombreux employés de ces magasins m'ont contacté, désireux de raconter leurs histoires et de mettre en lumière les conditions de travail qu'ils endurent au quotidien.
Ces individus courageux ont révélé que derrière les prix attractifs et les rayons animés, il y a un monde de salariés surmenés et sous-payés. Ils ont parlé d'être sensés tout gérer dans les magasins avec un personnel minimal, travaillant souvent de longues heures sans une compensation adéquate. Les histoires étaient déchirantes, car ces travailleurs décrivaient un cycle incessant de stress et d'épuisement.
