Flights in and out of Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport faced delays on Wednesday morning as a thick blanket of fog enveloped the Delhi-NCR region. The visibility dropped to almost zero.
"Delhi Airport is facing delays affecting approximately 110 flights, both (domestic and international) arrivals and departures, due to dense fog," showed data by Delhi Airport FIDS (Flight Information Display System), reported news agency ANI. 25 trains in Delhi were also running late due to the foggy conditions.
