For Gravy

finely chopped onion 2

tomato puree - 1 cup
tomato paste - 1/2 Tbsp (optional)
fresh Cream - 1/4 cup
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
garam Masala - 1 tsp
kasuri methi ( dried fenugreek leaves) roasted - 1 Tbsp
oil
salt to taste
