BR GARRATT GLORY 21 SECONDS OF RARE FOOTAGE FROM BR DAYS !!

Some more grainy photos of the (BR) Garrats in service plus some shots of a Scatchbuilt 0 Gauge Garratt from the Wychnor MRG layout circa 1991 !  This was the only way in those days you could get a Garratt on your layout. You had to sctatch build it yourself or possibly build a K's white metal kit - not for the faint hearted ! Now of course we have the Hatton/Heljan Garratts in 00 gauge and despite their faults (and each one seems to have some niggling fault) we are able to have a model at a very reasonable and probably unrepeatable price. So make the most of them while they last !!
LASTLY WATCH THE ONLY KNOWN VIDEO (TO ME ANYWAY) OF THESE GIANTS IN ACTIVE BR SERVICE JUST 21 SECONDS !!
