My favorite things about Portugal are the love of good soup recipes and the Piri Piri sauce. Combine the two and I am in heaven!
This is a simple and authentic Portuguese recipe made with good wholesome ingredients. One of the healthiest soups Caldo Verde's leafy green vegetables make this a family favorite here in Portugal.
This recipe can also be known as Portuguese Cabbage Soup or Portuguese Kale soup, I use both in this recipe :-)
