Chicken -  1KG
Kashmiri chilli powder-43tbsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder- 3/4 tsp
Cumin seeds powder- 1/2 tsp
fennel seeds powder- 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice- 1  tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 2  tbsp
Maggi cubes(chicken)- 1 pckt optional
Salt
Thick curd- 3 tbsp
Oil- 1 tbsp


For masala--
ginger - 1.1/2 tbsp
garlic - 1.1/2 tbsp
shallots - 30
kashmiri red chilli - 3/4 tsp
chilli flakes -3 tsp
tomato ketchup- 3/4 tbsp
lemon juice
salt
capsicum- 1/4 cup optional
onion - 1/4 cup
curry leaves
