HOW TO MAKE FRENCH BREAD. NO MILK NO KNEADING; CRUSTY & SOFT. @PAULINA'S KITCHEN CANADA.

INGREDIENTS:
2.25 Cups Warm Milk
2 Tablespoons Sugar
3 Tablespoons Instant Yeast
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Salt
6 Cups Flour

METHOD:
Warm milk in microwave for 1- 2 minutes. Make sure its not hot only lukewarm.
In a large bowl, combine yeast into milk, add sugar, then mix to dissolve sugar. Proof for 10 minute  if desired. Add salt and oil, blend.
Gradually add flour while mixing and blending using a big spoon or you can use a bread machine blender if available.
cover bowl with plastic wrap or clean tea towel or kitchen towel. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Transfer dough to a floured board. Form into an elongated shape. Divide into 3 parts.
Roll each dough into a ball then flatten using a rolling pin, shape into a log. transfer to a baking sheet. Let rise again for another 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 375 F.  Brush dough with beaten egg. Bake dough for 30-40 minutes until golden brown on top.
