In this tutorial, we’re showing you how to JUMP FORWARD AND JUMP BACK in SURYANAMASKARA A & B. This transition can become a fundamental action within your Sun Salutations and you’ll learn the traditional vinyasa cues and Sanskrit counts in which this takes place. With Jelena’s demonstration, you’ll see the secret to floating put into practice and get tips on how to make this movement more accessible - like knowing exactly where to place your hands and how to build extra strength to make jumping back a little easier. You’ll get step-by-step guidance on how to access the correct alignment to avoid common mistakes and prevent injury.
