125. Schizoaffective disorder, Suicide and Charity with Jonny Benjamin MBE

In this episode I had the absolutely pleasure to sit down and chat with the Amazing Human Jonny Benjamin.

Jonny is an absolute legend of the Mental Health world talking openly about his own personal journey through childhood challenges, dark thoughts, his psychotic episode that lead to him being sectioned and suicidal thoughts and attempt.
