My life with ME/CFS: Update on severe crash recovery

my life with ME / CFS. i had a pretty severe crash and we as completely out. now trying to crowl back into life while my body is very weakened. My Life with ME/CFS (and fluid art if i am able to). The daily struggle with fatigue, pain, brainfog, PEM and anxiety.
