3D Tufting Stitch Embroidery made by Richpeace Flat+Tufting Mixed Embroidery Machine, instead of rotary hook system, there is a knife cutting system downside on the tufting embroidery head to cut the upper thread into a certain length on each stitch. Use EVA foam on backside to control the tufting stitch height, use adhesive powder or sheet to fix all back threads, shaving threads off with an automatic trimmer, then remove EVA foam, it comes a lovely 3D tufting embroidery product.
