Ryobi RT101 Router and Router Table for $30. Is It Any Good?

I bought this Ryobi router table complete with 1.5 hp router for only $30 on Craigslist. Was it a used tool bargain or headache? Added bonus: I review a Ryobi Router Bit set bought from a pawn shop for $25!
