Puri Tarkari is one of the most famous breakfast dish sold at roadside restaurants near bus stands in NEPAL. All of us en enjoy eating puri ra tarkari, however it is not considered so healthy. I miss those days when we used to get 2 puris and tarkari for Rs 5 outside the gate of our school.
Today we are making such puri tarkari at our own kitchen. It is a very simple recipe. watch the video til end and follow the instructions, you will be delighted to see the result.
