HOW TO MAKE A "KOLOKAPLO"

A "kolokaplo" is a head scarf worn by women in the tribes of Bukidnon in the Philippines. This is also called "tangkulo".
The scarf may be embellished with trimmings and designs.
The video will show you my "personal take" on the head scarf. It does not disrespect any of the tribes in Bukidnon but rather, it raises awareness regarding their culture.
The materials used are not authentic. It uses materials that are available during the making of the video to show to the viewers how it was done.
