2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder
1/3 Cup Chili powder
1 Tablespoon Salt or to taste
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
1Tablespoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne  
1 28oz Can crushed Tomatoes
1 28oz Can Water
