Here  the active sites or binding pockets of the  two isozymes of cyclooxygenase COX1 and COX2 are shown  It renders the active sites of these enzymes useless by irreversible transfer of its acetyl group to the serine residue in binding pocket. Leading to inhibition of prostaglandins and thromboxanes synthesis
