Backup your photos like this...

Having an organized storage workflow is going to allow you to become more efficient, save time finding files, but also free up some of your cards and drives. For me, I do all my editing from an SSD or my MacBook’s SSD, then I transfer all the photos to my NAS for a backup. I forgot to mention that the NAS is also backed up to a cloud server.

With all these backups, I can free up my SD cards but also my SSD’s which are my working drives. The drives I edit off of.
