SK Axle Nut / Metric Deep Impact Set

A quick look at the 1/2" drive axle nut set from SK tools. These are USA made impact sockets with a lifetime warranty, useful for removing large axle nuts found on GM, Ford, and Honda vehicles (and probably others). The set is from 30mm through 36mm, only skipping 31mm. I needed to replace a 35mm chrome socket that I damaged on my impact wrench  but wanted a set instead of just a single. Yes I know chrome sockets are not for use on an impact but when the job needs to get done, it needs to get done. A single Snap-On one is about $60, while this set was just under $130 when I purchased it from Harry Epstein.

When looking around it appeared that only American made options were this set and the set from Snap On, which was more than double the cost, with fewer total sockets.
