Output 21 liter jar.
Eggplant - 8 kg.
Bell pepper - 8 kg.
Tomatoes-16 kg.
Garlic-500g.
Dill-300 gr.
Salt-250 gr.
Sugar-500g.
Black pepper-to taste.
You can cook to taste.The bell pepper less.Sugar, too, to taste.
Such eggplant, winter end the first.We cook for many years.It tastes very good.No vinegar.
