Cooking Oil 2 tbsp
Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
Chicken 1/2 LB (250g)
Red Bell Peppers 1/2 medium sliced
Green Bell Peppers 1 medium sliced
Namak (Salt) 1/2 tsp or to taste
Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
Lal mirch (Red chili flakes) crushed 1 tbsp
Lehsan (Garlic) Powder 1 tsp
Pyaz (Onion) Powder 1 tbs
Zeera Powder(Cumin Powder) 1/2 tsp
Chicken Powder 1 tsp
White Vinegar 1 tsp
Sliced bell peppers & onions (1/2 cup each) for crunch
Honey 1 tbsp
Shredded Cheese as needed
Mini soft flour tortillas 6-10

Pico de gallo / Salsa
Pyaz (Onion) Chopped 1 medium
Tomato deseeded 1 medium
Cilantro 2-3 tbsp
Fresh Lemon or Lime Juice 2 tbsp
