These to monsters are exclusive to Monster Hunter Frontier (MHFO)
I think your are able to fight them at HR 51 and are very quite hard. These two are able to work and fight together making them unique from Rathian, Rathalos, Lunastra and Teostra.
This is also the swamp's battle theme at HR100
