In this video am sharing how to prepare butter in just 1min without any machine like beater, no need of mixer, not even mathhu which is traditionally used to make butter and butter milk.
Here I've just stored fresh cream from paustorised toned milk or to be clear it is Nandini blue packet milk, you can also use thick milk or orange packet one, you will get more cream out of it.
Instead of wasting cream, you can use it for preparing butter or ghee in simple way.
