One of the best mods is for Mario Kart 7 which brings many new tracks, characters, and items. It's almost like how Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC is but to an even grander scale. It's the sequel to Custom Track Grand Prix Revolution for Mario Kart Wii, but how well does it hold up? What tracks are included? And most importantly, does Waluigi get a second chance?
