For the dough
Plain flour. 1kg
Salt:            2 tsp
Sugar.        4 Tbs
Instant dry yeast . 4tsp
Cooking oil.    150 ml
Warm water     500 ml

Spinach pinwheels
Cream cheese. 100 gm
Steamed spinach.  4Tbs
Hot chili sauce.       3Tsp
Sautéed tomato slices. few
Chilli flakes.   1tsp
Confit garlic.   2 Tsp

Scallion Beefy Pinwheels
Hot chili sauce.    3Tbs
Beef mince.       1-1/2 cup (Cooked )
Spring onion.     3/4 cup    (Chopped)

Basil & Sausages pinwheels with Cottage Cheese
Tomato garlic sauce.      4 Tbs
Cottage cheese. 1 cup
Spices. Chilli flakes, black pepper, salt (all mixed in cheese)
Sausages cut into thin slices.   2 large
A few Fresh Basil leaves.

Sweetcorn and Potato  pinwheels with cheesy chunks
White sauce.       3 Tbs
Boiled and mashed potatoes.            1 cup
Spices mixed with potatoes .   Chilli flakes,  black pepper, salt, ground Oregano.

Shredded pizza cheese.150 gm.
Chopped tomatoes. 3Tbs
Sweetcorn.                 3Tbs
Green olives (sliced). 3Tbs
