Voice over internet protocol (a.k.a.
Voice over internet protocol (a.k.a. VoIP)– it's what businesses are switching to from traditional phone systems. Did you ever think you’d be nerdy enough to watch a video on VoIP phones? 🤓 It’s okay — we think you joined the cool kind of nerds. Anyway, VoIP is and isn’t a big deal. It is because it changed the way the world sets up business phone systems. And it really isn’t that big of a deal in that VoIP is super easy to set up — and you can even get calls remotely on your desktop computer or mobile phone with a business phone app. 📲
The cost of VoIP is just as attractive as the simple setup. Running your calls over the internet is cheaper than staying with landline phones.
