GTA 5 AIRCRAFT CARRIER! How to Access & Rockstar Request!

GTA 5 Heist had a great GTA 5 Mission where you had to steal a hydra from an aircraft carrier in gta 5 online! It was one of my favourite GTA 5 missions and I can't understand why currently, there is no actual access to this epic area without using a modded capture job. GTA 5 Heist were epic and this was the highlight! We should be able to play this in free mode! Am I right? If you agree with me you can email Rockstar Games or comment on their newswire website.
