TPLEX Section 3B (Pozorrubio to Rosario) Now open!

Post documentation after opening :-) Revisited #TPLEX after the opening and documented the developments. The section 3b is composed of Pozorrubio, Sison and Rosario (11.809 km) It was opened last July 15, 2020 to the motorists except for the Sison interchange which was still under construction. We will be hearing an opening soon for Sison interchange. Travel to the north is now convenient! This is actually no longer an update video of mine but a follow up.
