Finally...a non-minion Sever build.... (Necro)

Sever is hands-down my favorite skill from the Necro tree but it just felt underwhelming compared the other options...until I put this together.  At the very least this seems to be a very solid early-leveling build for Necro.  The major component it's lacking atm is single target damage but this is at super early levels.  This build is obviously not complete and I'm posting this to share some insight and possible direction for Sever builds.
