What's up guys! In this Video I review and compare two awesome adjustable dumbbells, the BowFlex Selecttech 552 and the AtivaFit Deluxe 71.5lb adjustable dumbbell. The Bowflex 552 is the most well knows adjustable dumbbell on the market. The Ativafit Deluxe adjustable dumbbell is more new to the market, with a similar design to the Bowflex yet quicker to change the weight, heavier, not as bulky and cheaper. They are both rated over 4.5 stars on amazon with many reviews. For people who don't lift as much weight and like 2.5lb increments the Bowflex is a great choice. If you want an adjustable dumbbell the goes heavier the Ativafit is a no-brainer. Both are great set of dumbbells though.
In this Video I also mention the Core Home Fitness Adjustable dumbbells which I currently use in conjunction to real dumbbells for heavier weight. If you are considering the Bowflex over the Ativafit I recommend doing some research on it, I have a video comparing it to the Bowflex 552. If you're looking for even more weight then the Ativafit 71.5 I also recommend checking out the Merax Deluxe 88lb adjustable dumbbell on Amazon. It's very new so not alot of reviews yet, but I think that may take the cake over the Bowflex SelectTech 1090.
