But today my mother will make patisaap in authentic style of village Bengal.Of course there will be some touch of novelty with it. By doing this, the taste of this pitha will double.We cook different things but any pitha tastes better in mother's hands. This pitha can be eaten in any season. But in winters this pitha is more like to eat. Everyone is requested to make pitha in the winter season.
