■ Tandoori Chicken with tender chicken breast!
【Ingredients servings: 3~4】
・1chunk chicken breast
・1chunk chicken thigh
(※ or 2chunk of breast or thigh also ok)
・parsley, lemon wedges (proper quantity)
・a dash of olive oil, a pinch of salt
○for marinede
・1 clove grated garlic
・1 clove grated ginger
・3 Tbsp ketchup
・1 Tbsp curry powder (use less for kids)
・2 Tbsp olive oil
・4 Tbsp plain yogurt
・2/3 tsp salt
【Directions】
1. chicken: cut into 4pieces
(for breast meat-prick the meat with a fork, and tenderize with back of the knife. Then sprinkle salt and rub it )
2. combine chicken, ingredients for marinade in a bowl, and leave it about 15mins.
3. spread olive oil and add chicken skin side down in a frying pan, and cook on medium heat. All the left sauce from bowl spread on the chicken.
Turn the chicken when it turns golden brown,cook on low heat with lid for 3~4mins. shake the pan sometimes, and simmer.
4.remove the lid, occasionally turn the chicken, and cook with medium heat until most of the liquid cooked out.
Serve with some parsley and lemon wedges.

Don't confuse breast and thigh
