Fried Tuna Burgers! (On a grilled bun)

RECIPE
In a bowl mix:
2 cans of tuna (packed in water) (drained) (5 oz. per can)
1 egg lightly beaten
1 stalk of celery (diced real fine)
1/4 cup yellow onion
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup mayo
Mix well and form into patties same size as your
buns, because they don't shrink when they cook.
In a frying pan put 2 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Fry patties golden brown and serve on grilled
buns. Top with shredded lettuce and mayonnaise.
Enjoy! Great change of pace!
