Next go to Settings, General, Date, and Time and ensure that you are set to the correct time zone. If this doesn't solve the problem try turning off iMessage, restarting your phone, and then turning iMessage back on. If this doesn't work, go to Settings, General, Software Update, and ensure that you have the latest updates.
