Idli Karam  Podi is a very good combination for Idli, Dosa. lPopularly referred as Karappodi it is served with a dollop of ghee/oil.
This Powder has different versions in  South India with a slight variation in measurements and ingredients.Each region has a different method of preparing the powder. The powder which is shown in the video  can also be eaten with hot rice and ghee and papad.
