INGREDIENTS:
1 cup mango pulp
1/2 cup sugar
1.5 cup milk
1/4 cup cornflour
1/2 lemon juice
தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
1 கப் மாம்பழ கூழ்
1/2 கப் சர்க்கரை
1.5 கப் பால்
1/4 கப் கார்ன்ஃப்ளார்
1/2 எலுமிச்சை சாறு
Recipes:
In a mixi take mango, sugar, milk and grind into fine paste. Then transfer to a kadai and let it boil. In a small bowl take cornflour and milk. Mix well and add to boiling mango mixture. Cook until thick consistency. Finally add lemon juice and mix. Transfer to small bowls and cool completely. Serve with cherry. Tasty mango pudding ready.
சமையல்:
ஒரு மிக்ஸியில் மாம்பழம், சர்க்கரை, பால் எடுத்து நன்றாக விழுதாக அரைக்கவும். பிறகு கடாயில் மாற்றி கொதிக்க விடவும். ஒரு சிறிய கிண்ணத்தில் கார்ன்ஃப்ளார் மற்றும் பால் எடுத்துக் கொள்ளவும். நன்கு கலந்து கொதிக்கும் மாம்பழ கலவையில் சேர்க்கவும். தடிமனான நிலைத்தன்மை வரை சமைக்கவும். இறுதியாக எலுமிச்சை சாறு சேர்த்து கலக்கவும். சிறிய கிண்ணங்களுக்கு மாற்றவும் மற்றும் முழுமையாக குளிர்விக்கவும். செர்ரி உடன் பரிமாறவும். சுவையான மாம்பழ புட்டு தயார்.
