PEPPERMINT CRISP TRIFLE. #desserts

Peppermint crisp Trifle

Ingredients
4 cups fresh whipping cream
1/2 icing sugar ( optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cans caramel
2 slabs of grated pepper crisp chocolate
1 Slab of lindt dark chocolate 70%
2 packets of tennis biscuits, 1 caramel and 1 chocolate mint.
60 grams melted butter

Grated chocolate for decorating and fresh mint. Or pipe on whipped fresh cream.

Correction-
I grated 2xr49grams Peppermint crisp chocolate with a Slab of lindt dark chocolate and added it to the whipped cream and caramel mixture.
