Moon Valley Nurseries shows you how to plant a tree:
Step 1 - Choose a Moon Valley Nurseries tree suitable for your region.
Step 2 - Pick a spot to plant your new tree and remember that the tree will continue to grow and will need space in the future. Pick your spot wisely!
Step 3 - With a shovel and pick, dig the hole. Dig the hole 10 - 20 % bigger than the root of the tree.
Step 4- backfill the hole with soil and mulch mixture (50/50)
Step 5 - Place the tree in the hole and fill it up with soil. Create a tree well to help hold water near the root with your native soil. Add Moon Juice to your new tree and thoroughly water.
