I offer you a recipe for rice pancakes rolled with meat that I really like.
These are pancakes made from tapioca flour and rice flour rolled with a stuffing of minced meat or vegetables... I added roasted black and white sesame seeds which will give an extra touch to the pancakes.

Ingredients for 12-15 rolled pancakes:
For the pancake batter:
-150g rice flour
-150g tapioca flour
-500 ml of lukewarm water
-250ml of boiling water
-20ml of oil
-2-3 tbsp sesame seeds
For the stuffing:
-250g of minced meat
-1 clove of chopped garlic
-1 minced shallot
-1 carrot cut into brunoise
- spring onion and coriander
-salt pepper
-oyster sauce and fish sauce
-oil
For the sauce:
-1 dose of sugar
-2 doses of boiling water
-1 dose of lemon juice
-3/4 dose of fish sauce
-2 tbsp fried shallots
-fresh pepper
