Ocean Decade Challenge 3: Sustainably Feed the Global Population

The #OceanDecade Challenges represent the highest level of the Decade Action Framework. They articulate the most immediate priorities for the Decade. They aim to unite Decade partners in collective action, thus ensuring that the whole of the Decade is greater than the sum of its parts, and shaping the overall contribution of the Decade to the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.

Challenge 3: Generate knowledge, support innovation, and develop solutions to optimise the role of the ocean in sustainably feeding the world’s population under changing environmental, social and climate conditions.
