Praggnanandhaa was the best performing player at the Global Chess League. The youngster scored 8.5/10 on the prodigy board for the SG Alpine Warriors. Although his team couldn't qualify to the finals, Pragg's performance was simply phenomenal as he beat Nihal Sarin, Raunak Sadhwani, Javokhir Sindarov, Jonas Bjerre and Andrey Esipenko. With a performance rating of 2906, he was awarded the King of the series award. We caught up with Pragg at the end of his event and got to know his thoughts about his performance and also what it meant to be in the same team as Magnus Carlsen and analyze chess with him.
