Here I show you again an abstract picture. Where you can buy the foil? look here: https://www.petra-thoelken.de/rettung... This technique is also suitable for beginners. You can see in the video how I glue the foil on. You can also see a few pictures examples. These are already as video in this channel or they are being edited and uploaded. Take it as Inspiraiton and make your picture out of it.
To the technique:
I have incorporated a structure with the rescue blanket GoldFolie. The film beats wrinkles, which I use as a structure and I use the luminosity of the film for shimmering effects. You see how I apply the gold foil with thicker acrylic binder. That was very easy. The drying took a while.
You can press them firmly with the spatula tool and push out the air under the foil. The air prevents adhesion to the ground.
It's best to let the film dry completely before you continue to paint on it.

The paint job is fun because the paint slides easily over the surface. After drying, the color is absolutely firm. Once dried, it can not easily be scraped out. I'm doing a video where you can see how firmly the film adheres and how the color dissolves in the application of paint, or difficult to stick.
Tools, material you need:
Canvas, rescue blanket golden or aluminum foil silver - see other video, acrylic binder or glue
Spatula - to push out the air and distribute the glue. Alternatively, you can also use a piece of cardboard for it (see Video Tools on this channel)
To the aluminum foil: please do not go immediately and buy aluminum foil, if you do not have one. Small leftovers go too. Alternatively, you can also prime your canvas with silver acrylic paint and if you want structure, give it a structure before:
