Meet Luka, a chef from Slovenia

Luka's restaurant in the Slovenian city of Šentjošt offers only local seasonal products directly from the garden to the table and works with surrounding farmers, who supply the meat.

Everything they do in the restaurant is closely connected to the seasons and how nature works at different times of the year.
