How To Adjust An Electric Water Heater | Rheem Performance Plus | EASY!

I installed this Rheem Performance Plus water heater a few weeks ago. Since then, my lovely wife has complained that the shower isn't hot enough. I adjusted the mixture on the shower valve and now I'm going to adjust the water heater.
