Dr Janis Orr takes you through a routine for slit lamp biomicroscopy. This video shows you how to set up and focus the instrument. Dr Orr demonstrates a range of techniques for observing the anterior eye: diffuse illumination, parallelepiped section, optic section, sclerotic scatter and specular reflection.
