2 Tbs soy sauce, to marinate steak
1 Tbs oyster sauce
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 Tbs rice wine
1 Tbs olive oil to marinate steak
1 Tbs corn starch
more olive oil
2 large eggs
1 medium onion
4 spring onions
2 cups cooked rice
1 Tbs soy sauce to stir fry rice
