Blown Off by a Friend

The plaintiff says she and the defendant are both social workers and used to be close friends. They had a falling out because she loaned her friend money, but she never repaid the plaintiff, so she’s suing. The defendant says the plaintiff is only suing because the plaintiff wanted a sexual relationship, but she wasn’t interested. She insists she’s being sued for more than she owes.
