Building a trailer hitch mount flag pole for under $30

It's flag day!  What better time to build a flag pole for the new truck?  Here is how I did it and what I used.  Total cost was under $30 for the pipe, square stock, eyelets, and cap.  I used the clasps and flag from my old flag pole.
